Why is there only one plan?
Because splitting features into tiers mostly means paying more to unlock the thing you needed in the first place. Everyone gets the whole platform, and you pay for usage like texts and minutes as you go.
How are the AI features billed?
Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI and the rest are billed on usage on top of the plan. Voice AI is billed per minute. We will estimate your monthly AI cost from your real volume on the demo.
Is there a contract?
There is no long-term contract and you can cancel at any time.
What about WhatsApp and dedicated email sending?
Both are available as add-ons. WhatsApp also carries Meta's own per-message charges. Ask about them on your demo.
Do I need a new phone number?
You can get a new local or toll-free number in minutes. Texting from a US number requires A2P 10DLC registration, which is completed from your account settings.
